Swipedeck allows you to quickly, easily and cost-effectively create a touchscreen presentation that facilitates digital document distribution & tracking.
It is a platform that utilises an online presentation builder, which has been designed to provide a quick and easy way to deliver digital documents to prospective clients, and to track and follow-up their interactions.

One of the starting points for the creation of Swipedeck was seeing how much marketing collateral was being designed, printed, transported to events and handed out. The content was often quickly out of date, and large amounts of time and money were being wasted printing and transporting these documents. only for them to become obsolete. The environmental impact of this doesn’t sit comfortably with us; let alone the cost implications of it all.
Not only that, but the brochures, product sheets and marketing information being handed out wasn’t even having any significant measurable impact. Delegates and potential customers were taking the content and walking away; and unless their badge had been scanned or their business card taken, it was impossible to follow up with them to qualify leads, move them through the sales funnel and attribute ROI to specific events as a result of sales completed at a later date. Even when some form of contact information had been captured on the stand, it was very rare to find an instance where this was being stored alongside the interests of the individual.
Swipedeck sits at the heart of resolving all of these issues.
Digital content doesn’t require printing or transportation, and can be updated and replaced with ease; saving time, money and resources. And because Swipedeck tracks when your customers open their emails, click the links and download their content, you can easily follow up with them, put them into workflows to drive them through the sales funnel, or export their contact details and interests to your CRM.

Swipedeck has been designed primarily for use at events and exhibitions, but there’s no reason why you couldn’t use it in any situation to replace the handing out of printed marketing collateral or product information.

To create your Swipedeck you just login to our easy-to-use web interface and upload a series of jpeg slides and associated PDF documents to create a touchscreen presentation – with each slide representing a particular product, service or piece of information that you believe to be of interest to your audience. You then publish and download the completed ‘deck onto your device and you’re ready to go.
Once onsite at your event, potential customers will swipe to the left if they’re not interested in the subject of each slide and to the right if they are. They then add their contact details and receive an email with a link to a branded portal where they can download the documents on the subjects they’d expressed an interest in. You then receive access to reporting of not only their contact details and interests, but also whether they’ve opened the email, clicked the link and downloaded their documents.
Once downloaded to your device, Swipedeck will run completely offline so you won’t even need an internet connection at the show; you can just let it store data locally and it will connect to the server as and when an internet connection becomes available.
We’ve designed Swipedeck to work on any touchscreen device – whether that be a 1080p TV, a tablet, or an iPod Touch – you’ll just need to upload jpegs for your slides that are the correct resolution for the device(s) which you want to use your deck on (remembering to allow for the menu bar). That said, because it’s a visual tool, it does work best on larger screens; by that we mean iPad/tablet size and upwards.
